The BQSL high gas volume pilot plant consists of a high-performance carbonation tank and an automatic tipping single-head filler. It can accurately achieve the desired gas volume in a short time, making it ideal for the trial production of a wide variety of low-volume carbonated beverages. Since carbonation is done in batches while measuring the gas volume, a precise and consistent gas volume is obtained. Additionally, being a sealed system, there is no gas loss, and no loss of flavor components. Stable carbonation can be achieved in a short time (about 15 minutes) through the injection of microbubbles of carbon dioxide.
